The North Face Gordon Lyons 2016 Review by A Better Ski

The North Face Gordon Lyons is a heavyweight ¼ zip fleece that would make a great mid-layer for the cold days. It’s also a casual fleece that would work well for around the lodge after a day of skiing.

The North Face Gordon Lyons 1/4 Zip Fleece Jacket Review

Tester: Matt

Size: M

Matt’s Specs: Sizing Info

Fit: The North Face Gordon Lyons fits pretty well. It’s a relaxed fit that feels pretty true to size, but it can feel a little bulky. I think if I were going to use this primarily under another jacket I’d go with the small for my size. If using for around the house, I’d probably go with the looser fitting medium.

Features: The North Face Gordon Lyons is a heavyweight ¼ zip pullover fleece. It does have a small chest pocket for personal items. The heavyweight knit fleece on the outside feels rugged and durable, while the softer inside fleece feels very comfortable.

Best Uses: The Gordon Lyons is a great fleece for laying around the house, for hiking the trails, or for an insulating mid layer when taking to the slopes. It’s a comfortable and warm fleece that can be used just about everywhere you need a little extra insulation.
