Spyder Upward Hoody 2016 Review by A Better Ski
The Spyder Upward Hoody is an insulating mid layer that would also work well around town on cool days.
Spyder Upward Hoody Review
Matt’s Specs: Sizing Info
Fit: The Spyder Upward Hoody has a standard fit that is true to size. It would fit well underneath a technical shell, and there is room underneath for a tight base layer.
Features: The Spyder Upward Hoody is made with Spyder’s Core fabric. Core looks and feels like a sweater, but has the durability of polyester. This outer material is lined with a soft fleece and is a moderately warm mid layer. The Geared Hoody does have a fixed hood, and two hand warming pockets.
Best Uses: The Spyder Upward Hoody is a warm and comfortable mid-layer that could also be used as an outer layer on mild cool days around town. It has the feel of a sweater on the outside, but feels like fleece on the inside. It’s really comfortable, and feels like it could hold up well over time.
