Marmot Kitzbuhel 2016 Review by A Better Ski

The Marmot Kitzbuhel Vest is a lightweight insulated vest that would be good for adding a little extra warmth to the core on colder days and nights. The Marmot Kitzbuhel is a versatile vest that looks casual, but also performs well under a technical shell. It only has light insulation, so not great for the extreme cold. This is the type of vest that’s great for around the lodge after a day of skiing, or for sitting around the campfire on a cool summer night. The fit is pretty true to size. The arm openings are on the larger side, so they do let in cool air and wind. The nice thing is that they are not restricting. Length is pretty average, and the torso is slightly form fitting. Sure vest aren’t for everyone, but those looking for lightweight insulation in a casual and low profile package will like the Kitzbuhel.
