Patagonia Down Sweater Vest 2016 Review by A Better Ski

The Patagonia Down Sweater Vest is all about keeping your core warm. It is filled with 800 fill down that packs up super small. This is great for those who want to pack light, but still want to have a good amount of insulation when the temperatures drop. The Patagonia Sweater Vest is best under a technical shell, but is also great for hanging around the lodge after a day of skiing. Throw a light long sleeve underneath for mild days, or for hanging around the bonfire on a cooler summer evening. It has a standard fit that feels true to size. It’s made with traceable down and a recycled ripstop outer shell. It has two hand-warming pockets, and an internal chest pocket that the vest can be stuffed into for packing. The arm openings are elastic and the hem is adjustable so you can better keep out cold air and keep heat in.
